Epoxy Flake System
Our most common epoxy floor system uses colored vinyl chips broadcast into epoxy paint. The chip blends come in many color combinations, and custom blends can also be made.
How is it installed?
We start by mechanically preparing the substrate using a floor grinder or sander, and then make repairs to ensure the floor is as smooth as possible. From there, we install an epoxy binder and broadcast the vinyl chips until the entire surface is covered. This not only gives the floor a unique look, but it also makes the system thicker – which ultimately means it lasts longer! Our final step is to shave the chip to remove the sharp edges, vacuum, and then seal the system with a clear polyaspartic top coat. Polyaspartics, much like polyurethanes, provide a durable, shiny surface that will last a long time and be easy to clean.
The end result is a beautiful, slip and stain resistant, robust floor covering that withstands the daily rigor of foot and car traffic, road salt and grime.

Metallic floors are made from clear epoxies and colored reflective powders. They are ART! We love brainstorming with our clients about the color schemes and realizing their dreams in the final result.

We start by mechanically preparing the substrate using a floor grinder or sander, and then make repairs to ensure the floor is as smooth as possible. Clear epoxy is applied, and metallic powders are added. As the metallic powders move and flow, artful effects are created. Our final step is to apply a clear polyaspartic topcoat.
How is it installed?
No two floors are the same! In fact, while we could use the same techniques every day during the installation, there is no way to replicate the outcome. There are endless combinations of colors, so the sky’s the limit!
Quartz Carpet
Quartz Carpet is an elegant and unique system that originated in Europe. These floors are made from crushed stone that is dyed and then coated in an oven. We can also mix and match colors to create patterns for a unique look.
How is it installed?
We install the system using a trowel – applying the product by hand. This allows us to flatten rough surfaces, so it does not require grinding in almost all cases.
The system is contained with aluminum or plastic edging.
Quartz Carpet is an environmentally friendly product. It is hypoallergenic and antimicrobial, and there is little to no odor while installing it.
Because it is made from stone, it is inherently slip resistant. These systems work well on pool decks, garages, commercial floors, car showrooms and a variety of other applications. It can be installed inside or out and is easy to maintain.
Broadcast Quartz System
Broadcast Quartz flooring is generally used in commercial applications. These systems require multiple steps and generally take 3-5 days to install. Because they are made from crushed quartz, they last a very long time and are slip resistant due to the shape of the cut quartz particles.
Blended or solid color aggregates are hand broadcast into clear epoxies in multiple layers, creating a system that dries to approximately 1/8” thickness.
Hand formed epoxy coving can also be added to create a “bathtub” that keeps water, dirt and germs from spreading into the surrounding walls or rooms.
Urethane Cement Systems
Urethane Cement systems are meant for commercial and industrial environments that see a lot of water, chemicals, foot traffic or fork truck traffic. They are generally installed in commercial kitchens, breweries, and food or other processing plants.
Urethane cement comes in a variety of solid colors. They are applied at thicknesses of 1/16” up to ¼” and contain broadcast aggregate that not only strengthens the material but inherently make it slip resistant.
